It's All About the Experience
Updated: Feb 4, 2020
In today's busy world it's easy to find yourself caught up in the daily grind. Sometimes it feels like life is on auto-pilot, one day just blends into the next. Occasionally we find some sort of item or material thing that catches our eye, that stands out in the blur of our everyday lives. Maybe its a new pair of shoes, or the latest tech gadget. But soon we find that the luster of this material thing wears off quickly... the shoes scuff, the gadget glitches. Most of us are becoming more aware that material things don't last, and that they really don't provide us with the enduring satisfaction that we'd hoped for when we bought them. I find myself and others now turning in a different direction, perhaps it's experience that we are yearning for? Creating memories that last, doing the things we love to do with the people we care about most--that is the satisfaction we are searching for.
I chose to create this business on the premise that people need these experiences to enrich their lives. Experiences are what form children into the adults they will one day become. Experiences are what can further deepen the bond between family, friends and even co-workers. The experience is everything. My goal as a grass-roots, family-run, charter fishing company is to share with each and every one of my guests the experience of fishing the Florida Keys.
Looking forward to using this blog as a platform to share with you the life of a fisherman and his family. More to come next week, thanks for reading folks!
